Project objectives:

  • To build the capacity and network implementation of the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) in order to strengthen digital transformation in Poland.
  • To increase the competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the global market by supporting them in the process of implementing the latest digital solutions.

Target group:

EDIH-SILESIA supports SMEs that want to carry out a digital transformation using Industry 4.0 technologies or that are considering changing their business model and implementing smart products using digital technologies

Activities:

EDIH-SILESIA offers training, consulting and demonstration services in three specialized pillars:

  • Automation and Robotics (including artificial intelligence and machine learning),
  • Cyber Security,
  • Incremental technologies and new materials for 3D printing.

EDIH-SILESIA is a one-stop-shop implemented on a one-stop-shop basis, supporting businesses in responding to digital challenges by:

  • providing access to technical expertise and testing, as well as "test before invest", so-called "test before invest" opportunities
  • providing innovation services, such as consulting, training and skills development, which are critical to successful digital transformation,
  • assisting businesses in solving environmental problems, particularly in using digital technologies for sustainable development and closed-loop.
