Description

Strategic workshops for SMEs to help identify areas with the greatest potential for AI implementation. The service includes two modules:

• Module 1 consists of strategic workshops with management, in-depth analyses of selected areas, and a Design Thinking workshop, leading to the identification of areas with the greatest potential for AI application, the assignment of owners, and the preparation of complete documentation to launch up to three implementation initiatives.
• Module 2: includes the preparation of three value/business cases for selected initiatives, support in selecting the target technology or vendor through dedicated meetings with initiative owners and management, and a package of 10 hours of consulting and coaching for the client.
