Workshops for owners and management teams of SMEs who make decisions under conditions of limited data access and wish to improve data quality through better use of IT tools in non-production processes. The program includes four working workshop sessions during which participants analyze the current state, delve into a selected decision-making area, define key metrics and reports, and develop an action plan with quick business wins.
